Coming This Fall -- New Opportunities for Bible Study

Plans are currently underway for Wednesday night programming including Excite Night for Kids, Tweens, and Bible study opportunities for youth and adults.  Randy Smith will be leading a study on some of the smaller, and perhaps lesser known, books of the Bible.  Chris Yates will facilitate a study on "Thin Within" which promotes a scriptural based, healthy lifestyle.  If you would like to lead an adult study, or have a topic which you would like to see a study on, please contact the church office. 

Social Club Picnic

It's time for the annual Social Club picnic at Pleasant View!  The social club is a group of persons from local nursing homes who are able to get together for social activities.  Help is needed to make this a successful outing for these folks.  If you can volunteer to provide food or help with some aspect of the event, please contact the church office or Judy Fanis.

IT'S ALMOST YARD SALE TIME!!

Now is the time to do your fall cleaning (and enjoy fall later on) and donate unused items to our annual Yard Sale to be held September 9-11!

BJ's Famous Hotdogs

Coming to Family Life Center!!!

On Sunday, August 29th, the JOY group will hold a fundraiser luncheon in the Family Life Center following the 11 am worship services featuring BJ's famous hotdogs, baked beans, coleslaw, chips, dessert and drink.  There is no admission, but a love offering will be received for JOY projects.  Plan to enjoy a great meal, wonderful fellowship and support a worthwhile cause on August 29th.
